Great shop with a fast welcoming greeting. Previously had a wheel alignment done at a Porsche dealership in NOVA and they ended up making the drive even worse. The car would pull to the right, then after the VA dealer finished it would pull left. I also found out that they took the car to a sister BMW dealership to get it done. Wish I knew, I would of gone to, Porsche of Bethesda from the start. I was greeted once I drove in to the service center and offered water, coffee, soda or a snack. I was then taken to my service rep (Phil) where he was ready to get things started and answer any questions I may have. Within 5 in minutes of getting there my car was being pulled into their shop to get worked on, while I decided to grab an espresso from their all in one coffee machine. I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete and then right before the 1.5 hr mark I was sent a message via text the my car was ready. It was waiting outside the service bay, washed and ready for me to sign/pay and get going. I also decided to stop by Parts to buy a hot wheels like Porsche experience toy set that comes with multiple cars and a track. The selection of merchandise is great there. Overall, the experience was great and I plan to take my car there from now on than going to the dealership that's down the street for me. Quality over convenience for me to make the 35 minute drive.

What a great experience it was working with Porsche Bethesda. The staff is very accommodating and professional and most importantly, they make the entire process of buying a Porsche EASY. Porsche Bethesda performed extensive service on the used Cayman S that I bought recently. They repaired a couple of minor issues perfectly and completed a comprehensive service of the vehicle. I have had service here for other Porsche vehicles in the past and I have always been completely satisfied with their work. The vehicles always run significantly better after they work on them!

Porsche Bethesda bent over backwards to accommodate me during the entire process of ordering my Taycan GTS amidst myriad production delays and delivery uncertainties. From the beginning when I was looking for an allocation, the dealership stuck out to me as having exemplary customer service and not requiring any crazy deposits just to get on a waitlist for the car. Once I received an allocation, they were forthcoming with updating me on the production progress, and upon the dealership receiving the car (3 months late due to production delays), they threw in a slew of goodies to make up for the delays even though it was not their fault (blaming COVID/parts shortages). This is my First brand new car purchase, and I will definitely be coming back to this dealership when it’s time to buy another Porsche and to get this one serviced. Porsche Bethesda provides the highest level of customer service for auto care of anywhere I've been. They slotted me in quickly, diagnosed the problem and were able to order and get the new tire in by the next day. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Great dealership as it is fairly new and a nice building. Service when done is always on point and excellent quality. Follow thru is not consistent. Calls not always returned, promises not always kept. Not in a major way, but in a way that car sales and dealerships are profit oriented and not consistently for the customer.

I had done a fair amount of research before walking in, and I already knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Johnnie was able to show me a car on the spot that matched nearly all of my specifications. Malcolm and Josh were both wonderful as well-actually everyone that I encountered at the dealership was amazing. They are kind and accommodating; the environment was professional and pleasant without a hint of pretentiousness. My wife and I have visited Porsche Bethesda for test driving and to finalize our selection among German cars. Sam was very helpful and very professional. He answered all of our questions and provided us with all the information that we need to know. We have decided to buy a new Macan and Sam was very helpful as usual. He kept us updated with the delivery date and at the delivery, he spent enough time with me to understand the great features of the 2022 Macan. Also, as a foreign diplomat, Sam was aware about the process of car registration at the State Department. Even though changing a tire is a simple matter, it usually involves some stress and inconvenience. I’m pleased to say that the service I received from Bethesda Porsche was beyond my expectations. I LOVE that I can see the technicians working on my vehicle thru a see through glass while waiting. I planned to be sitting for hours but turns out it only took 1.5 hours to clean drains from A/C that were clogged. I couldn’t get an appt at the dealerships in VA, so I drove to Rockville. I’m glad I did!

This dealership is amazing. From the second you walk through the sliding doors you are greeted with openness and smiles. Since 2013, my wife and I have been servicing both of our Porsche vehicles at the various DC metro area Porsche dealerships except for Chantilly. Set in a class of its own for customer service and perched on a distant hill far above the others is Porsche of Bethesda. From start to finish this dealership is in a class of it’s own. Their customer service from my initial purchase and now to servicing my New Cayenne is well beyond 5 stars. It’s all in their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers that sets the customer service experiences! My Sales process was super simple, Josh answered all of my questions and working out all the numbers was completely transparent. They are catering, and really made this huge purchase for me one I will never regret. From the start I knew I was in great hands with this team. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care off. Fast forward to now with servicing, I called Josh the General Sales Manager informing him of an issue I was having with a light that came on in my car. Instead of passing me off to someone or putting me on hold, he assisted in making my appointment for me and made sure I was taken care of. When I pulled into service, I had just drove 2 hours in the pouring ran and I was actually in shock when I was greeted by the General Manager who was so incredibly pleasant! I had my 8 year old with me as well so my mind was a little all over the place and I think he could tell. He and his advisors help assist with getting my loaner and getting my daughters car seat and a few other items moved around. I was expecting to do all of that myself. While waiting, Josh and the advisors offered my daughter snacks and beverages which as a mom we all know that is sometimes crucial to being able to conduct business with little ones. The next thing I know the General Manager came around the corner with a little gift bag for my daughter. He personally spoke with her saying that was for being so good and making the two hour trip with mommy. Even will all this being said I was checked in and in my loaner with 15 minutes and on my way home. This is the type of service that creates lifetime customers. I can not thank everyone enough at Porshe of Bethesda for their care and concern in taking care of my vehicle, for me as a client, and even making sure my daughter was taken care of. I know this was long but I felt that something like this should be shared in detail!

I have made two new Porsche purchases from Porsche Bethesda in the past 5 months, it was a good experience on both. There is no pressure to buy, they are generous with test drives and very personable, easy to deal with. I have purchased Porsches from the two Virginia dealers before, its worth the drive across the river to go to this dealership. Plus , they charge $ 300 less for dealer processing fees than the VA dealers.

Bought my Boxster at this dealer, had a generally good experience, but was unable to negotiate having some different tires on the car which was disappointing. All else worked smoothly. The Service folks are very friendly and responsive...they have in recent years tightened their communications which has been helpful (texting, more frequent follow up, etc.) . Very helpful to have them pick up and drop off the car, especially during COVID. Very professional overall.

We purchased a new Macan S from Porsche Bethesda on Sunday 08/30/20 and it was a very pleasant experience. My wife loathes walking into car dealerships (this was for her) and she actually enjoyed this experience. No pressure - at all - not even a little. Very accommodating, the salesperson (Christian Arostegui) had full authority to do pricing, no waiting half an hour for a sales manager to muck around with deals, and no hard sell. This is a Sonic dealership, and in general I find Sonic MUCH easier to deal with than say a Rosenthal or Penske store. Everyone was friendly and they even gave my wife a round of applause as she drove off in her new car. Highly recommended for your Porsche buying experience.

One can only dream of a hassle-free, respectful automobile buying experience. However, to my surprise and delight; in my seventy-one years, I experience just that. Ironically my intent wasn't to buy a Porsche but rather to have my 2014 Cayman serviced. After going through my usual price comparison ritual, competition ceased to exist when I came across Porsche Bethesda's service specials. Believe me, when I tell you, from my point of view, they were eye-popping. I had reached the end of my prepaid service contract and as all Porsche owners know at this point things get a little crazy. Long Story short; I called the Service Department to confirm the advertised prices and made it clear to Mr. Louis Pradel, Certified Brand Ambassador, that I had to drive a distance in morning traffic and did not want to experience any "okey-doke" if I chose their service options. Mr. Pradel assured me that they would take care of me and he did in a very professional and knowledgeable way. Before my interaction with Mr. Pradel, I had spoken via telephone to Mr. Philip N. Lazano, regarding the online advertised service specials. The thing that struck me about this interaction, was his genuine and polite tone, unlike the telephone calls in which you are making where the Service Rep lets you know, he doesn't have time to be bothered. Every interaction I had during my service appointment was truly a pleasant experience, which was paramount in my purchase of another great automobile, the Porsche Macan. Thanks to, Dexter, Christian, Louis, Philip, Oscar, and especially Malcolm and Quinn for your true down-home attitudes, bringing it all together and making it happen by "Protecting the Process". My 2004 Cayenne has 285,000 miles on it and still runs like new. I attribute that, in part to the TLC for the last ten years from Porsche in Bethesda.

The staff is very friendly and professional and a nice environment. The only problem was they ordered the wrong part and I needed to come back a second time to have my car repaired, but they were honest and did the best they could under the circumstances.

The new dealership location area is under heavy construction, so it was a bit hard to find the entrance. However, once there, the sales process was very positive. The 2017 CPO Cayenne S was in great condition, I got a very fair price and staff were very friendly and helpful. It's also worth mentioning that the online communication prior to driving to the dealership was exceptional as well. They were very responsive and helpful. Overall, I give them an A .

I came to Rockville Audi-Porsche to test drive an Audi s3, and I was not impressed with its performance and handling. After the test drive, the Audi sales associate introduced me to the Porsche team and I test drove a Cayman and a 911 Carrera. I was very impressed with both vehicles, and the Porsche sales staff went out of their way to explain the nuisances between the two models without any pressure to purchase. I returned the next day to purchase the Carrera and Steven Mueller once again was extremely knowledgable and professional in making the purchase experience a smooth and easy process. I am happy to be a Porsche customer and I will definitely return to the Rockville dealership to purchase again.

I have a 2004 Porsched Cayenne Turbo. It's a great vehicle but it also requires great care. I have been to 3 services shops or dealers and finally found one that treats their customers with the high level of service and courtesy expected by a Porsche owner. Porsche of Rockville is more out of my way than the two other places I've used but their service is of a level expected by a Porsche owner and is worth the extra time it requires me to use their services. The work was done correctly and quickly. The staff were friendly and courtious. My vehicle was returned washed and cleaned. The rate was appropriate. The only gripe was that I scheduled an appointment where a loaner was promised from the dealership. When I arrived, there was no loaners left. It happens, I guess, but they did arrange for an Enterprise rental and took care of all the cost.

Very good experience with 50k service for my Panamera.

My 1997 Porsche 911 had problems with the complex and trouble prone engine immobilizer system that prevented the car from starting. It was an extremely difficult to repair because today very few have the knowledge and skill to even diagnose the problem correctly. Kudos to Danny, the service tech with 30 years of experience on old Porsches, who persevered for four months to slay that dragon. Though the bill was not inexpensive, it was very fair given the brainpower and tenacity required. This problem was so hard that many shops would simply have given up, leaving the car unfixable at any price. I should note that at least one Porsche specialist declined to work on the car.

I am always pleased with the outstanding service I receive from Porsche of Rockville. I am always greeted upon arriving, my service advisor is the absolute best in explaining everything in detail to me, I'm always pleased and satisfied with the service.
